TAG HEUER FORMULA 1 SOLARGRAPH: ORANGE ENERGY FROM THE RACETRACK
The new TAG Heuer Formula 1 Solargraph 38 mm brings the spirit of racing to a limited edition defined by color, technology, and solar energy. Created to celebrate the final race of the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort , this model captures the vibrant character of orange associated with motorsport culture and combines it with a modern construction in steel and TH-Polylight. Limited to 1,500 pieces , the watch is equipped with the TH50-00 Solargraph movement, a technology that transforms both natural and artificial light into energy, delivering reliable precision with minimal maintenance.

A color born on the racetrack
Orange takes center stage in this special edition. Inspired by the vibrant colors of the so-called Orange Army , the watch combines gray, orange, and red tones to create an instantly recognizable personality. The 38 mm sandblasted steel case frames a gray opaline dial with orange details, while the red lacquered hands and indexes feature Super-LumiNova® with an eggshell appearance during the day and green luminescence in low light.
The overall design maintains a strong connection with the world of racing. Orange is not simply a decorative element, but a visual reference to the energy and atmosphere surrounding the Dutch Grand Prix. The bidirectional rotating bezel, made from TH-Polylight , adds a lightweight and contemporary touch to the sporty character of the watch.

Solar energy for everyday life
One of the most important features of the Formula 1 Solargraph is its TH50-00 Solargraph calibre, a quartz movement designed to use light as its energy source. Both natural and artificial light can power the movement, allowing the watch to continuously recharge during everyday wear.
A full charge can provide up to 10 months of autonomy, while a brief exposure to light can provide enough energy to keep the watch running for an entire day. The technology is also designed to reduce long term maintenance, with a battery life of up to 15 years.
This combination of efficiency, autonomy, and precision fits perfectly with the philosophy of the Formula 1 collection, where performance and functionality have always played a central role.

A Formula 1 designed for speed
Since its launch in 1986, the TAG Heuer Formula 1 has become one of the most recognizable expressions of TAG Heuer's connection to motorsport. Its intense colors, distinctive bezels, and sporty designs helped define a new way of experiencing Swiss watchmaking inspired by speed.
Four decades later, that identity continues to evolve. The new Formula 1 Solargraph preserves the collection's racing DNA while incorporating contemporary materials and solar technology designed for modern everyday life. The 38 mm sandblasted steel case measures 9.9 mm thick, with an 18.5 mm lug-to-lug distance and 100 meters of water resistance, making it suitable for both everyday wear and an active lifestyle.
The dial also features an angled date window at 3 o'clock, while the steel crown and solid steel caseback complete a construction designed to combine functionality and durability.

Two configurations, one racing spirit
The new offering comes in two configurations, both built around the distinctive orange TH-Polylight bezel and Solargraph technology. One version features a perforated orange rubber strap with a steel pin buckle, while the other is fitted with a three-row steel bracelet.
Both configurations maintain the same visual language inspired by Zandvoort, while offering a choice between a lighter, more athletic look and a more traditional and robust presence on the wrist.

The spirit of Zandvoort on the wrist
The Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort provides the perfect setting for this limited edition. With its unique atmosphere and deep connection to motorsport culture, the circuit represents an essential part of the inspiration behind these new models.
Orange, drawn from TAG Heuer's archives and reinterpreted for the present, connects the Maison's history with the energy of modern racing. At the same time, the Solargraph movement takes this concept a step further by using a source of energy that is present almost every day: light.

A new way to experience the Formula 1 DNA
The TAG Heuer Formula 1 Solargraph demonstrates how a collection deeply connected to speed can evolve without losing its identity. Its 38 mm case, combination of steel, gray, red, and orange, TH-Polylight bezel, and TH50-00 Solargraph movement create a proposition that brings together motorsport heritage and contemporary technology.
Limited to 1,500 pieces, this Formula 1 does more than recall the atmosphere of a race. It brings that spirit to the wrist through its colors, materials, and technology designed to keep it running as long as there is light. It is a celebration of the collection's competitive past and a glimpse into the future of sporty watchmaking.
