In January 2026 Richemont and the Damiani Group signed an agreement for the Italian group to acquire 100% of Baume & Mercier, and the transaction was completed on 1 July 2026. The Maison now sits alongside the Damiani Group’s jewelry brands – Damiani, Salvini, Bliss and Calderoni – together with the historic Murano glassmaker Venini and Rocca, the group’s multi-brand watch and jewelry distributor. Richemont continues to provide operational services for an interim period while the Damiani Group prepares the Maison’s integration into its own operations.
