RADO CAPTAIN COOK X CAMERON GREEN: AUSTRALIAN CRICKET MEETS WATCHMAKING
The Captain Cook x Cameron Green Limited Edition represents the union of watchmaking and cricket through a timepiece that transforms a sporting milestone into a collector's edition. Created by Rado in collaboration with Cameron Green , an Australian international cricketer and global Rado ambassador, this watch is limited to 459 pieces, referencing Green's position as the 459th male player to represent Australia in Test cricket. Its design incorporates Australia's national colours and elements inspired by the sport, connecting the athlete's career with the identity of the Captain Cook collection.

A Dial That Tells a Sporting Story
The sunray dial in a gradient green finish is the visual centrepiece of this edition. Its colour evokes a cricket field viewed from above, while three yellow gold-coloured dots positioned at twelve o'clock represent the stumps. Red details, featured on the moving anchor emblem and the tip of the seconds hand, recall the colour of a traditional cricket ball.
Other elements reinforce this sporting connection, including the minute track around the dial, inspired by the stitching on a cricket ball. The applied indices and the hour and minute hands, all in yellow gold colour and filled with Super-LumiNova®, complete the design while supporting legibility in varying lighting conditions.
The project also holds personal significance for Cameron Green, who describes cricket as a fundamental part of his development as both an athlete and a person. Under the campaign motto "My Game, My Time," the collaboration translates elements of his journey into a timepiece that brings together two of his interests: sport and watchmaking.

Engineering Designed for Every Challenge
The polished stainless steel case measures 42 mm and is paired with a rotating bezel featuring a yellow gold-coloured PVD coating and a polished green high-tech ceramic insert. The box-shaped sapphire crystal, with anti-reflective coating on both sides, protects the dial, while the screw-down crown and water resistance to 300 metres reinforce the watch's technical capabilities.
Inside, the Rado R763 automatic calibre powers the watch, featuring 25 synthetic jewels and a date display at three o'clock. The movement offers an 80-hour power reserve and incorporates an antimagnetic Nivachron™ hairspring. It is also adjusted in five positions to improve accuracy. These features support the timepiece's design philosophy, combining sporting inspiration with watchmaking performance.

Three Options to Suit Different Styles
The versatility of the Captain Cook x Cameron Green Limited Edition is also reflected in its interchangeable strap system. The watch comes with a stainless steel bracelet featuring a rice-grain design. Its brushed outer links contrast with the polished central links, which have a yellow gold-coloured PVD coating.
Thanks to Rado's EasyClip system, the bracelet can be easily replaced with either of the two additional straps included: a NATO-style strap in green and yellow gold-coloured fabric, and a black rubber strap. These alternatives allow the watch's appearance to be adapted to different occasions while preserving its sporting character.
The screw-down case back adds another distinctive detail for collectors. Made of polished stainless steel and fitted with a sapphire crystal, it bears Cameron Green's signature alongside the engraving "LIMITED EDITION, ONE OUT OF 459," identifying each timepiece as part of this limited production.
