Oris has announced a new management structure, the result of a year-long work process carried out by its Board of Directors and executive team.
During this period, both bodies have worked on defining the company's direction as well as developing a strategy and structure aimed at ensuring an independent, dynamic, and long-term focused future. As part of this process, the brand confirms that the first decisions regarding this new organization have already been made.
In its most recent meeting, the Board of Directors appointed Rolf Studer as CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of the Oris Group, formalizing his position at the helm of the company. Likewise, Claudine Gertiser was appointed Vice President of the Board of Directors. In addition to this role on the Board, Gertiser will also assume the position of CFO (Chief Financial Officer), adding key responsibilities within the executive structure.
The Board of Directors highlighted the commitment shown by both executives to date, recognizing their contribution during this transition phase and expressing confidence in the work they will perform going forward.
The announcement was issued on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Oris Group by its chairman, Ulrich W. Herzog, who endorsed these appointments as part of the company's next steps in organizational evolution.
