LORIGE AND INTER EUROPOL COMPETITION: A WATCH FORGED FROM A HISTORY OF ENDURANCE
The precision that defines endurance racing now reaches the wrist. Lorige announces a new partnership with Inter Europol Competition, one of the leading international endurance racing teams, and introduces the first creation of the collaboration, the BL-Evolution “Competition.” Limited to 50 pieces, the watch is crafted from Carbon/Carbon material used in the brakes of the team’s No. 43 and No. 343 LMP2 cars, transforming race-used components into a timepiece celebrating their recent victories.

A partnership born from competition
The partnership brings together two independent teams united by precision, engineering, and performance. Lorige was founded by specialists with backgrounds in racing, including race engineers, a driver manager, and a Carbon/Carbon materials specialist. The brand developed a patented process that transforms race-used Carbon/Carbon brake pads into watch cases while preserving the unique character of the material.
Each Lorige timepiece is assembled and finished by hand in Switzerland. Through this partnership, the brand takes its connection to motorsport a step further by incorporating material directly from Inter Europol Competition's race cars.

A tribute to Inter Europol Competition
The BL-Evolution “Competition” celebrates Inter Europol Competition's back-to-back LMP2 victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2025 and 2026. The 2026 edition resulted in a historic first and second place finish in the class for the team's No. 43 and No. 343 cars.
Founded in 2010, Inter Europol Competition has evolved from single-seater and prototype racing into an international endurance team. It currently competes in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, European Le Mans Series, Michelin Le Mans Cup, and Asian Le Mans Series. The team also claimed the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship LMP2 title in 2024.

Carbon/Carbon transformed into a watch
For the BL-Evolution “Competition,” Lorige repurposed brake material from the team's No. 43 and No. 343 LMP2 cars. Developed through three years of research and development, the patented process transforms the material into a monobloc case and dial.
The 50 x 42 mm watch combines its Carbon/Carbon case and dial with a grade 5 titanium bezel and case back. A dynamometric titanium crown with grey Neoralite inserts and yellow and green accents reference Inter Europol Competition's team colors. The material itself comes from components exposed to the heat, pressure, and deceleration forces of endurance racing, giving the watch a direct physical connection to the team's competition history.

A movement built for endurance
Beneath the gradient sapphire crystal, the skeletonized dial reveals the upper bridge of the movement, with indications for hours, minutes, seconds, and power reserve. The watch is powered by the manually wound LOR-DB03 caliber, whose double-barrel construction provides a 168-hour, or seven-day, power reserve.
The 31.10 mm movement is just 3.98 mm thick and comprises 175 components and 29 jewels, operating at 21,600 vibrations per hour, or 3 Hz. Its “Duo-Tone” finishing combines microblasted and rhodium-plated surfaces with sunray brushing and hand-executed chamfering.

A direct connection to racing
The racing influence continues through the dial details, with Super-LumiNova® accents, yellow and green lacquered rings, and a hybrid rubber and technical-fabric strap inspired by a racing harness. The case back continues the competition-inspired aesthetic with satin finishing and grey lacquer details, while the grade 5 titanium folding clasp provides 6 mm of fine adjustment.
For Clément Etienvre, CEO of Lorige, the BL-Evolution “Competition” represents the independent spirit and technical rigor shared by both organizations. Rather than simply drawing inspiration from Inter Europol Competition, the watch is physically forged from material that raced with the team, turning part of its history into a mechanical symbol of victory.
Limited to just 50 pieces, the BL-Evolution “Competition” brings together racing material, Swiss watchmaking, and the story of a successful endurance team. Lorige and Inter Europol Competition transform a component born on the track into a timepiece designed to carry that history onto the wrist.
