Furlan Marri is a neo-vintage micro-watchmaker specializing in emotionally driven, design-led timepieces that draw on mid-20th century watch aesthetics. Known for blending classical chronograph proportions (especially inspired by ‘40s/’50s designs) with modern affordability, the brand combines elegant case forms and refined dial layouts with quartz and mechanical movements, catering to collectors and enthusiasts who appreciate timeless style without ultra-premium pricing.
The brand's design philosophy centers on community, storytelling, and detail: the founders—Andrea Furlan, a Swiss designer, and Hamad Al Marri, a collector and artist—aim to evoke emotional connections, bridging cultures and eras through watches. Their approach emphasizes transparency (about production), craftsmanship in finishing, and a deep respect for horological heritage, while using a business model that remains accessible.
Some of their key products include mecha-quartz chronographs (with a hybrid movement that delivers a mechanical feel), mechanical three-hand sector-dial watches, and more ambitious technical pieces like a perpetual calendar developed in collaboration for Only Watch. The target audience is modern watch lovers—especially younger or design-conscious collectors—who are drawn to vintage motifs but want well-finished, thoughtfully made watches at a relatively modest price point.
