David Van Heim is a Geneva-based independent watchmaking atelier founded in 2010, born from a deeply personal gesture: a father driven by the desire to build a legacy he could one day entrust to his son. The brand did not simply create a product — it built a bridge between two lives. Based at Chemin du Faubourg de Cruseilles in Geneva, the atelier produces a range of architecturally distinctive timepieces across five collections: Etika, Hollander, Irea, Dual Chrono, and Tourbillon — each defined by bold lines, intricate layers, and a strong visual character. The signature piece, the VH-42 Dual Chrono, was officially selected for the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève. Inspired by the Dutch Golden Age — when navigators needed to read two times simultaneously to conquer the seas — the VH-42 features a world-exclusive dual-movement architecture combining Roman numerals and Arabic precision in a rose gold PVD case. David Van Heim continues to invest in new complications and assembly techniques developed in its own workshops, with each evolution honoring the founding spirit of transmission, craftsmanship, and legacy.
