Beauregard is an independent Montreal-based watch and jewelry house founded in 2018 by Alexandre Beauregard — a creator who followed an unconventional path, rejecting formal schooling in favour of a curriculum combining technique and aesthetics, and apprenticing for five years under legendary lapidary artist Yves Saint-Pierre. His brand carries a singular distinction: it is the only independent watch brand for women, built entirely around the art of the precious stone.
The brand's philosophy is expressed in its tagline: "When time blossoms on the wrist." Every Beauregard timepiece begins not with a movement specification, but with a stone — sourced by Alexandre Beauregard himself, shaped and set by his hand, and placed at the heart of a dial that speaks, in the brand's own words, "first to the heart." The result is a collection of high jewellery watches in which gemstone artistry and Swiss watchmaking are inseparable.
Working with partners in the Swiss Jura while maintaining its creative direction from Montreal, Beauregard controls the entire production chain — from rough stone sourcing through to finished dial assembly. Collections include the Dahlia, nominated at the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève in 2018; the Lili, unveiled in 2020; the Lili Candy (2022); the Lili Bouton; and the Jardin d'Hiver, a six-piece collection of hand-carved gemstone dials debuted at Watches & Wonders Geneva 2024. The Ulysse, a men's watch born from a collaboration with master watchmaker Vianney Halter, arrived in April 2024.
With coverage in the New York Times, Forbes, Robb Report, and World Tempus, and a presence at SIHH, Baselworld, Dubai Watch Week, Geneva Watch Days, and Watches & Wonders Geneva, Beauregard has earned an international following among collectors who understand that the rarest luxury is a watch conceived entirely as a work of art.
