Bard's Whisper (吟遊詩人的呢喃) is an original Taiwanese brand of artisan craftsmanship, handmade goods and accessories, founded on the mission of promoting the philosophy and products of skilled artisans. Its stated aim is that every object around its wearer should carry a story, so as to awaken in the public an appreciation for each individual thing. Operated by 王者實業 from Sanxia District in New Taipei City, the house works across timepieces, sterling silver jewellery and natural stone beaded bracelets, and maintains its own watch repair and servicing operation.

The brand's output is organised into themed families of narrative design. The Eastern Legends series draws on Chinese and Japanese mythology across sub-collections such as the Four Symbols divine beasts, the Hannya demon-mask line, the Nine Dragons and Pixiu, the Samsara cycle, the Ninja lines and the fox-masked Byakumensha. The Western Legends series turns to European and classical myth through collections including Cerberus, Whispers, the Assassins chronicles, the Poem of Renoir and the Nemesis Knight's Song. Alongside these sit the Classic Elements series, dedicated accessories, and collaboration pieces. The watch line, presented as its Timepiece Series Works, applies the same narrative and artisanal approach to the dial and case, and the brand also runs a community space for its collectors as well as an illustrated horology primer in comic form.
