Apose is a French luxury watchmaking brand born in November 2020 in Mulhouse, founded on an uncompromising conviction: that France possesses the savoir-faire to create world-class timepieces, and that this savoir-faire deserved to be fully and exclusively French. From the very beginning, Apose committed to a mission others called impossible — entrusting the totality of its watch production to exceptional French manufacturers. Every Apose is conceived, manufactured, and assembled in France, with no component from Asia: movements by Pequignet Horlogerie (Calibre Initial) and France-Ébauches, dials produced through an original proprietary French process, and leather straps sourced from Longchamp's finest offcuts. Apose's design philosophy is built on restraint and light: chamfered bezels with mirror-polished finishes, brushed or micro-blasted case bodies, and hands with a subtle brilliance — all conceived to sublimate light rather than compete with it. The collection architecture is simple: a single reference, the N°3, interpreted across a palette of harmonious colors in strictly limited editions. In 2022, the n°3-100 became the first watch of the 21st century entirely made in France, earning Apose the French Touch distinction from Bpifrance. In 2024, Apose created a limited edition for the BRI Strasbourg's 30th anniversary and produced a bespoke watch for the Paris Olympics gold-medal winning French volleyball team.
