Art de l’Anglage is a specialized training workshop founded by Alexandra Schmitz in Les Brenets, Switzerland, dedicated to the transmission of watchmaking anglage in small-group, workshop-level environments.
Practicing anglage and watch decoration since 2006, Alexandra teaches both hand anglage and micromotor techniques through a method based on observation, precision, and correction. Training focuses on real watchmaking components, light reading, line continuity, reflections, angles, surface preparation, and finishing standards.
Limited to four students per session, the workshop offers 8h Discovery, 40h Advanced, and 100h Full Training programs. Art de l’Anglage also supports workshops and manufactures through on-site training, skill assessment, finishing standard development, and workstation optimization.
