At WatchDNA, we’re committed to supporting our local authorized watch dealers.
That is why, once you are confident about your new timepiece, purchase it on our site, and our team will connect you to your nearest local retailers for pickup or delivery.

During a typical transaction with our network of authorized dealers, you can expect to be introduced to your local authorized retailer within 24h of your purchase.

In addition to offering free shipping across Canada for purchases above $100, our authorized retail partners also offer a Click & Collect option.
With this, you can connect directly with a local authorized retailer and visit their store at your convenience to pick up your new timepiece.

We will inform you about the delivery timeline for certain brands without local distribution, such as micro-brands in these cases, but please plan for 1 to 2 weeks.

After your watch has been shipped or picked up from one of our authorized retail partners, their store policies will apply to your purchase.
