Beyond Time

Thomas J. Sandrin is a luxury watch industry veteran with 17+ years of experience, who moved from Paris to Canada and served as Canadian brand manager for Hamilton, part of the Swatch Group. He holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business and is a academy member of the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Gèneve (GPHG).

In 2021 he founded Northern Watch Services Inc., an agency connecting jewellers with brands, watch enthusiasts and corporate clients, and went on to launch WatchDNA. Thomas speaks on entrepreneurship, resilience, and the value of time. He loves sharing his experiences, learning from others, and inspiring the next generation to step beyond their comfort zone. His personal ambition is to become a motivational speaker and one day bring his message, “The Glass Doesn’t Matter,” to the TED stage.
