At WatchDNA, we’re committed to supporting our local authorized watch dealers. That’s why, when you make a purchase on our platform, it will typically be shipped directly from the closest authorized dealer’s store to you. Expect a quick turnaround, with delivery within 2-3 business days.
In addition to offering free shipping across Canada, we also offer a Click & Collect option. With this, you can connect directly with a local authorized retailer and visit their store at your convenience to pick up your new timepiece.

For certain brands without local distribution, such as micro-brands, we’ll drop-ship the watch directly from their warehouse. In these cases, we’ll keep you informed about the delivery timeline, but please plan for 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
After your watch has been shipped or picked up from one of our authorized retail partners, their store policies will apply to your purchase.
